Classes Offered at Totally Yoga's North Hills Studio
Totally Yoga’s basics Vinyasa Flow classes are designed for those that are new to yoga as well as those who wish to build on their existing foundation of flow movements and breathing. Our basics class will also guide you in understanding how to modify movements and postures according to your individual needs. Basics classes are open to all ages, fitness levels, and skill levels. You will gain strength, flexibility, and confidence throughout subsequent classes.
All Levels Class
Totally Yoga encourages everyone to attend their awesome 75 minute All Levels Vinyasa Flow Class that is suitable for all yogis, whether you are a beginner, advanced, or possibly somewhere in-between. Modifications will be provided for our beginners and more challenging variations will be provided for the seasoned yogi. All Level classes are open to yogis of all ages and skill levels. As always, each flow seamless moves into the next. Attending subsequent classes increases endurance, fitness, and overall athletic performance.
Totally Yoga’s cash classes are open to all skill levels. These classes are perfect for those who may not want to purchase one of our packages. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this special. Five or ten class passes cannot be used for this class.
Totally Yoga offers private classes for individuals or groups of all skill levels. Please inquire at our studio for additional information.
