Megan experimented with various forms of yoga over the years, but it took a friends recommendation to try “hot yoga” to help her find a passion. The passion to feel healthy physically and mentally. After a short year of regular practice, she decided to begin her training and has now successfully graduated through the Totally Yoga 200-YTT Program.
Megan began introducing her children to yoga even before her formal training. When her son, a high school football player, began to tag along to classes she quickly realized that flexibility, mental focus, and proper stretching are lacking at the student-athlete level. She hopes to gain more training herself to focus not only on the general yoga population but to include children and athletes of all levels.
