Gina has been practicing yoga since 1997, and in February 2016, she completed her RYT® 200-hour certification. Since then, she has gone on to become certified to teach yoga to children and teens, and in 2017, she will complete her Warriors at Ease (WAE) certification to teach yoga and meditation to veterans and active duty military members with posttraumatic stress (PTS). She currently holds certificates of completion for three of four WAE courses in yoga and meditation that are required for full certification. She will be honored to work with this community, and she’s excited that everything she’s learned can be beneficial to all yogis who attend her classes.
When not on her mat, Gina also finds serenity in photography, particularly using her macro lens to explore her world close-up.
Her advice: “First, honor your heart and soul. The beautiful physical benefits of yoga will follow. When your heart is fully engaged, everything else falls perfectly into place.”
