Totally Yoga’s classes are held in our heated studio and are based on Vinyasa Flow, also known as breath synchronized movement. Postures are synchronized with your breathing cycle as you inhale and exhale, like the waves of an ocean, allowing you to move deeper into your practice with focus, sense of presence and allowing you to explore new heights and enlightenment. Vinyasa Flow style is diverse by nature allowing for individual instructors to personalize the sequence of movements and postures.
