Gentle yoga and meditation: Creating a fresh foundation for the holiday season

Join Gina for a special autumn evening of thoughtful movement, mindful focus, aromatherapy, and meditation.

With the fast-paced holiday season quickly approaching, take some time to slow down. Learn how to become grounded and
centered so you are at ease during the holiday hustle and bustle.

Remaining present for yourself and others is the greatest gift you can give.

Please pre-register in the lobby. Pre-registration enables the studio to better plan for your attendance and enhance your experience. You may use your class pass + $10 or $20 to attend. Pre-register by November 7 for $2 discount!


The studio will be warm, but it’s suggested that you dress in layers. Your body temperature drops during meditation, and you may become cool. A light pull-over and/or blanket are recommended.


All are welcome! No experience needed.


Bring your yoga mat and a friend! Those who are unable to pre-register are still welcome.

 

Gina brings evidence-based meditation techniques to you to support health and wellness. She was formally trained to guide meditation by Warriors at Ease, a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase awareness about the power of yoga and meditation and educate a network of professionals qualified to share evidenced-based practices through programs that support the health and healing of service members, veterans, and their families.
